Banco Bradesco - Agência 1019

Overall, of all the banks, the worst service I've ever seen. I only use this shit because of the company I work for! An hour and a half of waiting and I still haven't been seen

I have a disabled sister who needed to open an account with Bradesco. And he had to be at this bank, which is absurd. After going to the bank four times, we suffered the pain of prejudice and disrespect towards a disabled person. What are the options that Bradesco offers, to ask questions, without having to go to the branch?

End of line.. After waiting 1h30m to be served at the cash register, after seeing all the cashiers with preferential service and only 4 normal services being called, I gave up... Bradesco doesn't need customers but avatars to generate volume. Avoid this Bank. Total fiasco.

With the new self-service system, only ATMs were left for immediate deposits. It turns out that both rarely work and when they don't, neither does. It's a recurring problem that even the manager couldn't explain. If these are the only ways to do it, you need to keep the machines running. That's the basics!
